BENTONE CT
BENTONE® CT is a partially refined hectorite clay with a defined particle size. It is suitable for thickening and flow control of aqueous construction and coatings systems.

Recommended dosage
The level of addition depends on the desired consistency of the system. Typical levels range from 0.5 - 3.0 % BENTONE® CT additive, based on the total formulation.An easier incorporation is achieved when preparing a pre-gel at 7 - 10 % solids in warm water. High-shear forces are required for 20 - 30 minutes.
