Silres BS 1802
SILRES® BS 1802 is used in undiluted form as an admixture for the integral waterproofing of fresh concrete. It can also be used as water resisting admixture for non-load bearing manufactured concrete products.
SILRES® BS 1802 emulsion contains a stabilized mixture of silanes and siloxanes that are susceptible to hydrolysis. In the fresh concrete they reacts with the water in the building material's pores, eliminating alcohol. The silicone resin formed greatly reduces the concrete's absorbency, but without blocking any pores or capillaries.

Recommended dosage
The recommended admixture range is 0.1 % to 1.0 % of the cement content when used as undiluted form. When used in diluted form， a 1 : 4 dilution，1.0 % to 5.0 % of the cement content is recommended. We recommend testing compatibility with other concrete admixtures separately.
